This February 22 to 23, we hope to see you in attendance for the 41st annual Naples National Art Show!
Naples, Florida, is well-known for its high-end shopping, luxe golf courses, and fantastic arts. A quick drive from Marco Island, Naples is a great place to take a day trip and experience the luxury of this Florida city. With white sandy beaches, great restaurants, and so much more, we urge our guests to take a day to explore Marco Island’s sister city!
The Naples National Art Show
This art show has been a staple in the area for over four decades. Hosted by Naples Art, this festival showcases local art and artists! Naples Art “has been at the forefront of the Arts & Cultural landscape of Naples since 1954” and dedicate time and effort into “developing tomorrow’s artists.” With high hopes to assist the community and local arts to “empower the general public,” we can see why the Naples National Art Show has been so very successful.
Naples Art is loaded with a unique history, and formed over 65 years ago; the Naples National Art Show has been around nearly as long as Naples Art itself! This art show has been “consistently voted among the top 25 art shows in the country,” and that’s no small feat. As of 2018, this event was #24 of 200 in the entire country.

This competitive event sees nearly 200 artists come together to display their works, with categories like ceramics, jewelry making, furniture, glass blowing, painting, sculpture, and many more. Though it is a small-town event, the energy from artists and attendees make this vibrant and exciting. The Naples National Art Show is kid-friendly, and organizers offer a “kid-zone” to keep the little ones entertained.
On February 22, Naples Art is inviting those who attend to the Naples National Evening Concert. With hors d ‘oeuvres and refreshments, this is the best way to unwind after browsing exceptional art during the day.
Naples, Florida
Naples is about 30 minutes from Marco Island, and this art show is the perfect excuse to make a day trip. It’s charming with a small-town feel, lots of boutique shops and personality, and delicious food. Luckily, this article breaks down some of the best places to shop in Naples! It’s easy to get lost in the luxury stores of this old-school town with pastel buildings and palm-lined streets. From Lux Boutique with bright and bold women’s clothes to Tommy Bahama, which is a classic for high-end Hawaiian shirts for any island occasion, you’ll have a blast shopping your way through 5th Avenue.
Explore the incredible food and local shops, or wander over to Naples’ City Pier for breathtaking views of the ocean. The pier is a local favorite, and for the price of parking, you’ll have access to a concession stand, beach supplies, and public restrooms.
