Hotel Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at the time of reservation, at check-in or during check-out:

  • First night room & tax deposit is due at time of booking.
  • Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.
  • Cancellations made three days in advance of your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, less $25 (administration fee), excluding those made using a non-refundable promotional offer. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposits.
  • Groups reserving three or more rooms must cancel at least seven days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a refund.

 

Hotel Policies

Check-in: Begins at 4 PM (suggest when regular check-in ends)
Check-out: No later than 10 AM

  • Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at the time of check-in. Minimum check-in age is 21.
  • A credit card is required at check-in for room and incidental charges.
  • Guest rooms are non-smoking. We do provide designated smoking areas outdoors. Any guest that smokes (or permits smoking) in a guest room will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee, which will be charged to their account.
  • Special requests are subject to availability (upon check-in), can’t be guaranteed and might incur additional charges
  • Cribs are available to rent in advance from Tiny Tike Treasures (239-417-CRIB) on Marco Island. The hotel does not have cribs or rollaway beds.
  • Overnight guest parking is complimentary.
  • Pool hours: 9 AM–7:30 PM There’s no lifeguard on duty. Don’t leave children unattended.
  • Pets aren’t allowed at our inn.
  • Service animals must be declared at check-in. Owners must also provide appropriate paperwork for the service animal at that time. This provides staff with critical information about the occupants of each room.

To make requests for specific accessibility needs, please complete the “Special or Accessibility Requests” section of “Trip Preferences” when you book your hotel. Select rooms are ADA accessible; please call the property directly to inquire about additional availability.
