Q: How do I get to Marco Island Lakeside Inn?
A: From Interstate 75, take exit 101 and travel south on SR 951-S (Collier Boulevard) approximately 16 miles—go over the Marco Island Bridge. Turn LEFT at the third traffic light onto Bald Eagle Road. Go four short blocks and turn LEFT onto Marco Lake Drive (pass the cell tower). As you drive around by the lake, you’ll see the back of our inn on your right. Continue to the four-way stop sign. Turn RIGHT onto 1st Avenue. Marco Island Lakeside Inn is on your right.
Q: What are the hotel’s deposit and cancellation policies?
A: Reservations are confirmed with your deposit of one night room rate, plus tax, which will be applied to your first night’s stay. Deposits are refundable provided you cancel no later than 3:00 PM Marco Island time (call or email) at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Holiday deposits are non-refundable. Please note there is a $25 cancellation fee.
Your full balance, plus tax, is due upon arrival. The amount will be charged to your credit/debit card on the morning of your scheduled arrival. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, traveler’s checks, money orders and cash. There are no refunds after arrival. The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and the same credit card used for the deposit at check-in.
Q: Is Marco Island Lakeside Inn smoke free?
A: Yes. Marco Island Lakeside Inn is a non-smoking facility. However, there are two designated smoking areas on the property. Guests that smoke in their rooms (or permit others to do so) will be charged an extra $250 clean-up fee to their account.
Q: Does the hotel allow pets?
A: No, Marco Island Lakeside Inn does not accept pets. We appreciate how important our guests’ pets are. There’s boarding available by reservation through Marco Veterinary Hospital at (239) 394-2535.
Q: Do you have minimum stays during holidays and tourist season?
A: Yes. Holidays, weekends and special events are subject to special rates and minimum stays. Rates are subject to Florida sales and resort tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Q: What time is check-in/check-out, and what are the office hours?
A: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Since charges for your complete stay are processed to your credit card when you arrive, you’re free to check out during non-business hours. Our office hours are 9:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 AM–6:00 PM on Sunday.
