What is your favorite area restaurant?
Sami’s. It has a wonderful array of food that’s sure to suit every taste – good food and reasonably priced.
If you could only choose one local attraction that is a must-see, what would it be?
Tiger Tail Beach! It’s a beautiful natural beach with tons of wildlife to gaze upon while relaxing on the beach.
What are your top five favorite things to do in Marco Island?
- The Ten Thousand Island tours
- Dolphin tours
- The beaches
- All of the amazing dining options
- The unique boutique shops
What is your background in the hospitality industry?
After leaving the home building industry I got into hospitality; I have worked for large hotels all the way down to small boutique style hotels. Beachtree (Marco Island’s parent company) has been my home now for over 12 years!
What makes Marco Island Lakeside Inn different from nearby lodging?
It’s our condo style units that provide full kitchens and the ability to enjoy the quiet, just removed from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare in Marco.
How long have you worked here at the hotel?
I have been at this location since June of 2017.
What’s your favorite thing to do in your down time?
I enjoy taking road trips and exploring small towns all throughout the FL and if the timing is correct exploring other countries.
What’s your favorite food and where can you find it around here?
I always enjoy a good filet; Marco Prime has amazing selection of steaks a must go to for a nice evening out.
